PANEER PULAKA


Cooking time : 25 minutes 
Serves / Makes : 3 - 4 
  
Ingredients 
Whole wheat flour2 Cups
Besan / gram flour1 Cup
Cumin seeds (roasted)2 Tea Spoon
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)1/2 Cup
Kasuri methi (roasted)2 Tea Spoon
Red Chilli Powder1 Tea Spoon
Turmeric Powder1/4 Tea Spoon
Ghee for basting 
Oil3 Table Spoon
Salt1 Tea Spoon
  
Procedure: 
  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil. Make a soft dough with water. Knead well till smooth.
  2. Set aside for 1/2 an hour.
  3. Divide into 8 balls.
  4. Make thick 6‘‘ chapatis. Cook each chapatti on a heavy griddle till light brown on both sides.
  5. Baste with a little ghee before serving.
